Shipping and Production time
We are shipping from S.Korea. And we are worldwide shipping brand.
All items are packaged carefully in a sturdy cute box ready to give as a gift.
The Items are order to made pieces and shipped out in 14 - 25days after payment has cleared.
14k solid gold needs much more careful to make, so it needs more time to make.(7-14days more).
We will ship to the address on your order receipt. Please make sure your order receipt address is correct and "safe" to receive items. We will not ship to an accommodations(hotel, inn etc.) or to a non-permanent address.
Please check the address before ordering. If the delivery is not possible because the address is incorrect, or if you not paid custom fee, or if you not respond or contact in time to FedEx/ customs call, the package will automatically return to us.
If the package is returned and you want to refund, you will get a refund without a few payments.(Shipping fee and export/customs fee and restocking fee)

Estimated Delivery time: 2-7 business days after being shipped.
But some country may take longer than that due to strict custom inspection (ex.South America, Russia and Eastern Europe, etc.)

This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather condition.
Import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are not included in the item price. Most countries require VAT/import fees at customs before delivery can be completed. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional charges customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges
Packages that are refused due to customs and duty fees will NOT be refunded.
Exchange and Return
As all Ted&Mag jewelry is handmade to order, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges can be accepted.
Natural gemstones are each one of a kind that some may contain small inclusions. We do our best to select the best color and quality natural stones, but as these are untreated and uncalibrated, some stones may have small inclusions or marks. So please keep this is mind when making your selection.
Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, we put it into production and it can not be cancelled.
If you want to change size, color or material due to an urgent matter, you must request it within 48 hours.
After that, all orders are complete and we do not accept cancellation requests.
