We are shipping from S.Korea. And we are worldwide shipping brand.
All items are packaged carefully in a sturdy cute box ready to give as a gift.
The Items are order to made pieces and shipped out in 14 - 25days after payment has cleared.
14k solid gold needs much more careful to make, so it needs more time to make.(7-14days more).
We will ship to the address on your order receipt. Please make sure your order receipt address is correct and "safe" to receive items. We will not ship to an accommodations(hotel, inn etc.) or to a non-permanent address.
Please check the address before ordering. If the delivery is not possible because the address is incorrect, or if you not paid custom fee, or if you not respond or contact in time to FedEx/ customs call, the package will automatically return to us.
If the package is returned and you want to refund, you will get a refund without a few payments.(Shipping fee and export/customs fee and restocking fee)

Estimated Delivery time: 2-7 business days after being shipped.
But some country may take longer than that due to strict custom inspection (ex.South America, Russia and Eastern Europe, etc.)

This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather condition.
Import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are not included in the item price. Most countries require VAT/import fees at customs before delivery can be completed. The buyer is responsible for paying any additional charges customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges
Packages that are refused due to customs and duty fees will NOT be refunded.
Return and Refund
In the event you need to exchange/return an item, exchanges and returns are accepted on merchandise that is in original, undamaged condition within 48hours from the date of delivery with the reason of exchange/return form.
Before shipping, cancellations will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
We will accept returns on most pieces (see INELIGIBLE REFUND for exceptions). Items must be returned within 48hours of receipt.
We have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. After 48hours, all sales are final. Since our designs are crafted by hand, all returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, customer have to return the items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
The following items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange:
- Earrings (for hygienic reasons)
- Items which were modified, customized and/or altered according to your specifications
- Custom orders
- Items damaged or altered while in your care (wear and tear)
- Items past its return date

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
